Respiris is hiring a Career Transition Coach to provide one-on-one coaching to job-loss candidates. The role involves weekly sessions, understanding candidates’ careers and goals, developing personalized strategies, improving resumes and LinkedIn profiles, activating networks, identifying opportunities, preparing candidates for interviews, and using AI and research tools. The position requires an undergraduate degree, meaningful professional experience across multiple companies or environments, strong listening and relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence, independent judgment, and comfort with technology. It is a 1099 independent contractor role paying $38–$50 per coaching session per hour, with variable hours based on candidate demand.
