Right at Home is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers for clients in the Lansdale area. The role offers flexible shift-based hours, with options for full-time or part-time scheduling, hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00, weekly pay with optional daily pay, paid mileage and travel time, referral bonuses, a 401(k), and ongoing support. Caregivers will provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation/errand assistance. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States; prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
