Description
The Resident Care Assistant provides direct care to senior living and memory care residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The role supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being in a Montessori-inspired senior living community and requires applicants to be at least 18, have basic reading, writing, and direction-following ability, speak and understand English, have prior experience or appropriate training, and maintain a positive attitude toward the elderly.
