Right at Home is urgently hiring caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides to provide in-home support to clients located in Alabama. The role offers full- or part-time flexible scheduling across various shifts, weekly and optional daily pay, weekend differentials, health and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. Applicants must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, have a driver's license and vehicle, pass a background check, and lift at least 25 pounds; caregiving experience is preferred but AHCA/HHA certification is not required.
