Right at Home is urgently hiring caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides in Daphne and the surrounding area. The role provides compassionate hands-on client support, including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility assistance, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. The position offers flexible full- or part-time scheduling across various shifts, weekly and optional daily pay, weekend differentials, health and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the United States, hold a driver’s license and have a vehicle, pass a background check, and lift at least 25 pounds; caregiving experience is preferred.
