The Direct Care Worker assists individuals with personal hygiene, supports people with behavioral challenges and complex needs, and helps participants develop skills in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred human-services or direct-care experience, communication and teamwork skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle.
