Silverado Franklin is hiring a full-time Caregiver for a NOC shift from Thursday through Saturday. The role provides hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions, including assistance with daily living activities, relationship building, safe and respectful care, and accurate care documentation. The position requires reliable transportation, effective verbal and written English communication, physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working around animals and pets. A high school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent is preferred, along with experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions. The anticipated pay range is $18–$20 USD, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits available to eligible employees.
