Silverado Tustin is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on, compassionate support to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, building relationships with residents and families, maintaining care records, and reporting changes to the nursing team. It is a per diem, multiple-shift position with variable days, requiring reliable transportation, physical activity, and effective communication. The anticipated pay range is $22–$24 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits available to eligible employees.
