UCP Oregon is hiring a Caregiver (DSP) to support a young man with developmental disabilities who lives independently near NW 19th in Portland. The role involves preparing medication and meals, doing household chores, bathing, dressing, life coaching, and helping with anxiety. The position offers two shifts per week totaling 27 hours, with an optional additional three-hour shift, and pays $18.36 per hour for 20–30 hours per week. A high school diploma or GED is required, while mental health or developmental disability experience is preferred but not required.
