Description
Caregivers provide in-home assistance to agency clients in Waukesha County across all shifts, following individualized care plans and performing personal care, companionship, homemaking, transportation, medication reminders, and safety-related duties. The role requires long-term-care experience or qualifying CNA/HHA or companionship/housekeeping exceptions, reliable transportation, physical ability to transfer and reposition clients, communication skills, background screening, references, and compliance with infection-control, timekeeping, training, and company procedures.
