SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a caregiver for day-shift, short shifts on weekends in Palm Bay, Melbourne (West), Melbourne (Viera areas), and Beachside. The role provides non-medical client support, including companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Applicants must hold a Florida CNA license or HHA certification, current First Aid and CPR certification, a negative TB test within the last six months, and pass criminal and Level 2 background screening. Bilingual ability and memory-care experience are preferred. The position pays $16–$18 per hour and offers direct deposit and W2 employment.
