Professional Care Match is hiring a full-time Caregiver Field Supervisor to oversee a team of caregivers, conduct home visits and client assessments, develop personalized care plans, monitor client outcomes, maintain care records, and support quality improvement. The role requires previous clinical or healthcare experience, at least two years of senior-care experience, reliable transportation and a driver's license, and strong communication, organizational, leadership, and recordkeeping skills.
