The Direct Care Worker assists individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral or complex needs with personal hygiene, developmental goals, community participation, and other daily supports. The role offers a $19.07 wage, flexible float of 40 hours, day/evening and overnight shifts, and benefits for full-time employees, including a 401(k). Applicants should have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination, along with communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills; a valid driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle are also required.
