Saffier is hiring several Caregiver IGs for its residential care location De Baton in The Hague. The role provides daily personal care, supports residents with dementia, performs nursing procedures, monitors health and behavior, documents care, and coordinates with nurses, care coordinators, and other professionals. Applicants need an MBO diploma as a Caregiver IG at level 3, responsibility for safe care, initiative, teamwork, and an affinity with psychogeriatric, somatic, or difficult-behavior care. The position offers a salary of FWG 35 under the VVT collective labor agreement, up to €3,592.96 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek, along with pension accrual, holiday allowance, year-end bonus, training opportunities, and other employee benefits.
