Chrysalis is hiring a Caregiver in the Utah County area to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and through community activities. Responsibilities include teaching cooking, assisting with budgeting and planning, modeling appropriate behaviors, participating in recreational activities, and helping individuals stay physically active. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, including grave, afternoon, and evening options, and requires applicants to be at least 18, pass a drug test and background check, and communicate well in English. No prior experience with individuals with disabilities is required because training is provided. Pay starts at $15–$17.75 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) available to full-time employees.
