Allegro Winter Park is hiring a part-time Caregiver/Resident Assistant for rotating day and evening shifts across its Assisted Living and Memory Care community, with every other weekend required. The role provides hands-on resident care, assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring of resident well-being, documentation, communication with the care team, and maintenance of a safe environment. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related health care experience, and complete required dementia training where applicable; CNA or HHA certification is preferred.
