The Resident Care Assistant performs direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel at Fairmont of Westlake, a 100-bed senior living community in Westlake, Ohio. The role assists in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents and requires applicants to be at least 18, have elementary education or the ability to read, write, and follow directions, speak and understand English, have prior experience or appropriate training, and have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
