Amara is hiring a full-time Caregiver Support Case Aide to provide behavioral case aide services to a mixed caseload of caregivers and youth placed with foster or kinship caregivers. The role includes reviewing care plans, providing protective supervision and positive behavioral support, coordinating with child welfare and community professionals, documenting cases, supporting caregivers and youth, and providing occasional on-call and field coverage. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with two years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with one year of experience, or a related bachelor’s degree with six months of experience, along with child welfare or social services experience, trauma-informed care knowledge, and required certifications. It pays $28.22–$34.66 per hour and includes health, vision, dental, paid leave, retirement matching, and life and disability insurance, with a hybrid schedule and travel between King and Pierce County offices and throughout the Puget Sound region.
