Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides to provide residential home care to adults with disabilities in Plum, Pennsylvania. The role assists with activities of daily living, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, medication administration, transportation, shopping, cleaning, community outings, and individual goal attainment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with no prior experience required and paid training provided. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift up to 200 pounds with assistance, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
