Oswego County Opportunities is hiring a full-time hybrid Enhanced Care Advocate for 37.5 hours per week over 52 weeks. The role provides crisis intervention, supportive counseling, advocacy, care management, service coordination, referrals, life-skills coaching, transportation, documentation, and project support for children, youth, families, and individuals with special needs. It requires a bachelor's degree in human services, 1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training, a valid New York State driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with vulnerable populations.
