Home Instead East Hampshire & Midhurst is hiring a Care Assistant to provide personal care, companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities for older people in their homes. The role requires morning availability, at least two evenings per week, availability every other weekend, a valid UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle. New Care Assistants receive two days of training, ongoing specialist training including dementia care, and supervised shadowing. The position pays £13.80 per hour on weekdays and £14.20 per hour on weekends, with paid mileage, training, and other employee benefits.
