Description
The Caretaker provides comprehensive care for public-sector customers’ service buildings, performs general maintenance and minor repairs, monitors external maintenance and electrical work, supports meter replacement and readings, assists with DGUV V3 inspections, and organizes emergency power supply test runs. The role requires a completed trade or technical apprenticeship or several years of verifiable property-management experience, German language knowledge, and offers permanent employment with flexible full-time, part-time, shift, or four-day-week arrangements.
