Description
The Caretaker provides comprehensive support for public-sector customers’ service buildings, including general maintenance, smaller repairs, monitoring external maintenance and electrical work, assisting with meter replacement and readings, and accompanying emergency power-system test runs. The role requires a completed skilled trade or technical apprenticeship or several years of verifiable property-management experience, German proficiency, and an interest in long-term collaboration; a class B driving license is desirable.
