Description
The Caretaker provides comprehensive support for public-sector clients’ service properties, including general maintenance, minor repairs, monitoring external electrical work, assisting with meter replacement and reading, supporting DGUV V3 inspections, and organizing emergency power-system test runs. The role requires skilled-trade or technical-vocational training in relevant trades or several years of verifiable property-care experience, a valid class B driver’s license is desirable, and good German knowledge.
