Description
The Caretaker provides comprehensive support for public-sector clients’ service buildings, including general maintenance, minor repairs, supervision of external contractor work, meter replacement and readings, DGUV V3 inspections, and testing of emergency power supply systems. The role requires a completed trade or technical apprenticeship or several years of verifiable property-management experience, German language knowledge, and offers permanent employment with flexible full-time, part-time, shift, or four-day-week models.
