Description
The Caretaker supports public-sector clients by maintaining service buildings, performing general maintenance and minor repairs, monitoring external maintenance and electrical work, assisting with meter exchanges and readings, and accompanying emergency power-supply test runs. The role requires a relevant trade or technical apprenticeship or several years of property-management experience, German proficiency, and preferably a class B driving license.
