Description
The City of Eutin is hiring a Caretaker for its Central Real Estate Management unit, primarily at Johann-Heinrich-Voß School and Carl-Maria-von-Weber School, with additional responsibility for an interim school, Hans-Heinrich-Sievert Hall, and an open-air grandstand. The role covers minor building repairs, contractor coordination, building inspections, emergency response, outdoor maintenance, winter service, mail and courier runs, event support, energy documentation, and safety assistance. It is available as an unlimited full-time or part-time contract of 39 hours per week, with pay of 3,240.30 € to 3,926.20 € under EG 6 TVöD. Applicants must have completed three-year vocational training, possess practical building-maintenance skills, hold a Class B driver’s license, and be willing to work evening shifts or weekends when needed.
