Description
The Caretaker will maintain buildings and grounds, ensure safety compliance, manage materials and tools, prepare maintenance plans, and serve as the first point of contact for residents and colleagues. The role requires a technical VMBO diploma, knowledge of maintenance planning and procurement, experience with safety regulations, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. It is a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment, offering a monthly salary of €3,106 to €4,232.70, a 32- to 36-hour workweek, and additional benefits.
