Description
The municipality of Achern is hiring a full-time Caretaker/Handyman to maintain and care for administrative buildings, properties, accommodation facilities, outdoor areas, and green spaces; perform locking-up, inspections, event assistance, minor repairs, and substitute school-caretaker duties. The role requires related vocational training, organizational and technical skills, flexibility for weekend work, a driver’s license, and strong responsibility and empathy. Compensation is approximately €3,290–€4,040 per month under the TVöD pay group 7, with additional performance-related payment, retirement provision, training opportunities, and mobility and health subsidies.
