The employer is seeking a Caretaker / Property Maintenance professional for the Bad Rappenau area and surrounding region. Responsibilities include caretaking properties and gardens, cleaning sidewalks and driveways, mowing lawns and trimming hedges, handling organic and residual waste, performing minor repairs and maintenance, and completing general caretaker tasks. The role requires physical fitness, practical and handy skills, reliability, precision, flexibility, and quality awareness; basic German is desirable, while a driver’s license and car are advantageous. The position may be full-time or part-time with flexible working hours and Monday-to-Friday working days.
