The role pays $17 per hour and involves daily cleaning of common areas, grounds, garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas; replacing bulbs; maintaining knowledge of utility shut-offs and sewer clean-outs; seasonal snow and yard work; cleaning and detailing apartments; and maintaining vacant units.
