Description
The Cargo Controller Intern supports container terminal operations by processing documentation, maintaining database integrity, monitoring EDI exchanges with shipping lines, responding to shipping-line and customer requests, producing port-call reports, and contributing to procedural compliance and process improvement. The role requires at least two years of post-secondary education or a BTS in logistics, proficiency with terminal operating systems and office software, and strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and stress-management skills.
