Description
The Cargo Handler loads and unloads freight on trailers, stages and audits next-day routes, checks-in and unloads appliances, verifies freight documentation and condition, labels boxes, and prepares freight for shipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and communication skills, customer service ability, RF scanner and computer data-entry experience preferred, and one to two years of prior warehouse experience. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, pays $19.35 per hour, and includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, a 401K plan, and advancement opportunities.
