Brink’s is hiring a Global Operations Systems Program Director to own the end-to-end delivery of a global operations systems program involving the re-implementation and convergence of CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and future BGS technology. The role leads enterprise program delivery, global operating-model standardization, platform optimization, automation and AI enablement, governance, change adoption, and partner accountability, with a focus on business outcomes and value realization. Candidates need a university degree in engineering, IT, or an adjacent field, at least 10 years of system implementation leadership experience, and 10 years of multi-country team leadership experience.
