ATCO Frontec is seeking a Carpenter for its ATCO Facilities Solutions team in Edmonton, Alberta, with possible opportunities in Calgary, contingent on ATCO winning a proposed project. The role performs building maintenance, structural inspections, carpentry construction and renovation, door and window work, roofing, repairs, installations, woodworking machinery operation, and tool maintenance. A minimum of three years of building-maintenance experience, a Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract, mechanical skills, and communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities are required; Red Seal and a carpentry certificate are assets. The safety-sensitive position requires pre-employment alcohol and drug testing, a fit-to-work medical test, and a criminal record check.
