Description
The Carpenter will work under the direction of a Project Manager on commercial construction and tenant improvement projects, installing and repairing framing, drywall, windows, doors, cabinets, floors, and other structural and finish components. The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, following building codes and safety standards, maintaining a safe job site, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent construction or carpentry experience, at least five years of carpentry or construction experience, and knowledge of tenant improvement, framing, drywall, and finish carpentry.
