Optimized Process Designs is hiring a Carpenter for its Baytown, Texas job site. The role prepares layouts, reads blueprints, estimates dimensions, erects and repairs structures, works with scaffolding, checks work against codes and specifications, and follows safety and project requirements. The position requires two years of previous carpentry experience, blueprint and basic math skills, travel to remote areas, outdoor work in extreme conditions, mandatory safety meetings, teamwork, and shifts up to 12 hours per week for seven days.
