Description
Kokosing is hiring Carpenters to perform bridge formwork in the Richmond, Virginia area. The role involves constructing, erecting, repairing, and assembling concrete-supporting forms; reading blueprints and bridge plans; measuring and cutting materials; bracing forms; setting expansion dams; assembling overhangs and deck forms; erecting scaffolding; and assisting with concrete pouring and finishing. Candidates need carpenter training or equivalent experience in bridge formwork, the ability to work at heights with fall protection, and their own hand tools. The expected base pay is $26.00 to $34.00 per hour, with medical, life, disability, paid time off, and a 401K plan mentioned.
