Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Carpenter and Architectural Maintenance Technician for its Orlando campus. The role performs commercial carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, painting, ceiling repair, door and hardware work, flooring and cove-base installation, interior demolition and construction, workspace and campus refreshes, Quick Path project support, and preventive and corrective architectural maintenance. The technician coordinates with project managers, maintenance supervisors, facility customers, contractors, and other trades, documents completed work in LMBuildings, and works safely in occupied facilities. The position requires prior experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or facilities carpentry and architectural maintenance, along with the ability to read construction drawings, use hand and power tools, and perform the physical demands of the work. The salary range is $50,300 to $93,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
