Description
The Carpenter/Architectural Maintenance Technician performs commercial carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, painting, ceiling repair, door and hardware work, flooring and cove-base installation, interior demolition and construction, workspace and campus refreshes, Quick Path project support, and preventive and corrective architectural maintenance across the Orlando campus. The role coordinates with project managers, maintenance supervisors, facility customers, contractors, and other trades, documents completed work in LMBuildings, and requires experience with carpentry, architectural maintenance, construction tools, technical drawings, and physical facility work. The full-time position pays $50,300 to $93,300 and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits.
