The role reports to the Superintendent and involves formwork, metal, wood, and accessory fabrication, rod-busting, concrete finishing, blueprint interpretation, and independent project work. Candidates need at least two years of form-setting, rod-busting, and concrete-finishing experience in industrial construction, along with knowledge of industrial construction practices, tools, materials, specifications, quality and cost control, and applicable building codes.
