Description
The Carpenter performs skilled carpentry work repairing, restoring, and preserving commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire, vehicle impact, and other building disasters. The role includes structural repairs, demolition framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, millwork, exterior finishes, emergency on-call response, mitigation, cleanup, documentation, and collaboration with clients and supervisors. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of carpentry experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in varied conditions.
