Silver Maple is hiring a full-time Carpenter in New Haven, Vermont to perform high-quality carpentry across residential, commercial, and aviation projects. The role includes structural framing, finish carpentry, blueprint reading, teamwork, and client representation. Candidates should have general carpentry skills, framing and structural experience, finish-carpentry ability, tool proficiency, safety commitment, reliability, physical ability, and a valid driver's license; previous residential or commercial construction experience is preferred. Compensation is $27–$36 per hour, paid weekly, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, retirement matching, and commuter benefits.
