The role performs journey-level carpentry, woodworking, door and window repair, roofing, flooring, drywall, painting, inspections, and general facility maintenance. Candidates need at least four years of carpentry experience, knowledge of building plans and trade principles, tool proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
