Description
The Carpenter will build, install, and repair wood and other materials in residential, commercial, and renovation construction projects. The role involves reading blueprints and technical drawings, measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials, installing windows, doors, cabinets, and molding, performing finish carpentry, inspecting and repairing damaged structures, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates need proven carpentry experience, blueprint-reading ability, tool proficiency, physical stamina, and knowledge of carpentry techniques and safety standards; certification, finishing carpentry, renovation experience, and building-code knowledge are preferred.
