Description
The Residential Construction Technician will work on single-family and manufactured homes throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire, performing finish carpentry, repairs, deck and stair construction, manufactured-home setup, punch-list and warranty work, site preparation, and equipment operation. The role requires at least a few years of residential construction or carpentry experience, independent problem-solving, reliability, and willingness to work across project sites.
