ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a full-time To Lead Carpenter in Maple Grove, Minnesota for year-round construction work. The role combines drywall finishing and finish carpentry, including preparing drywall surfaces, taping and sanding joints, and installing trim, baseboards, molding, cabinets, and other detailed woodwork. The position pays $30–$40 per hour depending on experience and trade knowledge, includes a vehicle stipend, paid holidays, PTO, a floating holiday, and medical, dental, and vision benefits. Applicants need remodeling experience, drywall finishing and finish carpentry experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and must pass a background check and drug screen.
