Essel is hiring a Carpenter Foreman to supervise carpentry projects and lead a team of carpenters. The role includes planning schedules and crew assignments, reviewing blueprints, estimating materials and equipment, tracking production, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating with clients and contractors, and mentoring employees. The position requires previous commercial construction experience, physical ability to perform rough and finish carpentry, basic computer skills, and adherence to OSHA and company safety practices.
