Description
The Carpenter II supervises and directs installation teams, ensures work meets IKEA standards and safety requirements, trains and develops coworkers, manages resources and performance, supports installation sales and commercial priorities, audits referral partners and installation quality, and performs PIVS, installations, and site inspections. The role requires extensive carpentry and installation experience, lead or foreman experience, project management and leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and knowledge of residential and commercial construction. Compensation is CAD 22–27 per hour, with extended health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
