Carpenter/Painter 1 at Pepperdine University

Pepperdine University is hiring a Carpenter/Painter 1 for its Malibu Campus to perform maintenance, painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, window coverings, and flooring under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services. The role coordinates with internal colleagues and external vendors, maintains tools and supplies, completes repairs and renovations, and may require overtime. It is a regular, nonexempt, 40-hour-per-week position with an expected pay rate of $23.46 per hour.
